Firmware Updater Downloads

The NODE Firmware Updater requires OS X 7.1 or higher, or Windows 7 or 10. Windows 8 is not supported, but upgrading to Windows 10 was free as of 1/1/2016.
Your MyNODE app will notify you when a new firmware version is released. Your NODE will continue to work without the update, but the firmware update is quick and simple, and will improve the functionality of your NODE and its modules.
Installing the Updater
Select your operating system from the links above and install the file that downloads.
For Windows: This will be a file labeled NodeUpdaterInstaller.msi. When the download has finished, open it from the bottom left of the screen.
Select Yes if Windows prompts you to verify the installation.
For OS X: This will be a file labeled NodeUpdaterInstaller.app.zip. When the download has finished, open the download from the bottom left of the screen.
The Downloads folder will open. Double-click "NODE Updater" in the list of downloads.
Select Yes if OS X prompts you to verify the installation.
To begin, have your NODE plugged into the computer via a USB cable and turned off.
Open the NODE Firmware Updater on your computer. When it opens, select Install Latest Firmware.
Follow the instructions given by the NODE Firmware Updater. The updater program will automatically download the latest firmware version from our website and update your NODE.
When the Updater finishes, your NODE will be using the latest firmware.
