Briefly press the button on the side of the device. If the device is turned on, NODE will flash, indicating the current charge remaining in the battery.
The device in the video above flashed its blue LED ring once, meaning that the battery is low. NODE is able to show four different battery readings when you press the power button while NODE is on:
Three flashes of the blue LED ring indicate full charge.
Two flashes indicate half charge.
One flash indicates low battery.
One flash of the red LED ring indicates that the battery is critically low.
If your device's battery is low, or if it does not respond, charge the device using the USB cable provided with the unit.

Please note: Not all USB ports available on desktops or laptops provide sufficient power to charge NODE. If you are unsure about your computer's USB charging capabilities, or if your NODE is not charging fully within eight hours, charge NODE from a wall socket if an adapter is available.
