My device won't connect

We are sorry to hear that there has been an issue. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

 

1. Make sure your Spectro 1 device and Spectro app are updated with the latest software update

2. Reset the Spectro 1 by holding the wake button down for 10 seconds

3. Turn off Bluetooth on smartphone

4. Turn on Bluetooth on smartphone

5. Turn on Spectro 1

6. Launch the ColorSnap app and select ‘scan’ to pair the device
